About The Tour
If you’ve ever dreamed of summiting the world’s tallest freestanding mountain, spotting the big 5 on an African safari, and experiencing Tanzanian culture to the fullest, then this is the trip for you. This life changing adventure will not only push you to your physical and mental limits, but redefine your perspective on the world and your place in it. There is nothing quite like standing on the summit of Kilimanjaro at 5,895m, with 18 people who you embarked on the journey with as strangers and ended as lifelong friends.
Before you sign up it is important that you understand the intense nature of this trip. You need to be in good health and ensure you have trained extensively, and are prepared to camp during the trek up Kilimanjaro. We will do absolutely everything to help you prepare for this adventure, however this will also require significant effort on your part.
You will be accompanied by a local guide throughout this trip, who is specially trained in high altitude first aid and with that said, while your health is your own personal decision, if they recommend that you descend from the mountain at any point, we strongly advise you to follow their request.
