Embark on a journey from the Andes to the Amazon, on this adventure you’ll get to explore Ecuador’s capital, relax in hotsprings, visit Papallacta Laguana and most importantly head deep into the Amazon jungle to spend 4 days coming face to face with the diverse wildlife of the Amazon. A rare opportunity to go completely off-grid in this day and age, you’ll not only get up and close with wildlife but you’ll also be taken on a visit to one of the Amazon’s indigenous tribes.   • Some meals. Meals start as affordably as £4 per plate for local dishes.
  • Optional activities. Our itinerary is pretty jam-packed with included activities, however should you choose to do more in your free time, this is at your own expense.

The climate varies by region. The coastal area is tropical, the highlands have a cooler climate, and the Amazon is hot and humid year-round.
Ecuador uses Type A and B electrical outlets, with a standard voltage of 120V. Most U.S. appliances will work without an adapter.
It’s recommended to drink bottled water, particularly in rural areas, as tap water may not be safe for consumption.
Spanish is the official language. Indigenous languages, such as Kichwa and Shuar, are also spoken in various regions.

Citizens from many countries, including the U.S., Canada, and EU nations, do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Always check current requirements based on your nationality.
