Ever dreamt of trekking to Everest Base Camp, one of the world’s great iconic walks?

Our lodge-based trek follows faithfully in the footsteps of Edmund Hillary allowing plenty of time to acclimatise properly and enjoy the scenery. The trek starts in Lukla, before following the spectacular Khumbu Valley to Everest Base Camp. A short climb to the top of Kala Pattar gives breath-taking views of the highest mountain on earth, before re-tracing our steps back to Lukla.

Trip preparation: We will guide you through this, brief you on all things altitude, safety and give you all of the information needed to prepare you for a successful trip – you just need to be willing and ready to train yourself for what will be a physically and mentally challenging trip of a lifetime.

Travel insurance: You MUST obtain travel insurance before you travel to Nepal, and this should be specialist insurance that covers high altitude hikes.

Additional obligations: Tipping local sherpas and porters is standard practice, please budget $150-200 for this. You should also have an emergency fund of $500 set aside, you likely won’t need to touch this money, but please make sure you have it in case.

Travel With Purpose

We know you’re here to travel the world, have once in a lifetime experiences, and meet lifelong friends, but we also think it’s important to know about the kind of company you’ll be supporting and travelling with.

We’re investing heavily into brand new, patented technologies that make the world a safer place for women through their smartphones and watches. This technology accurately detects, quietly alerts emergency services, and records a complete evidence pack in order to increase offender conviction rates in the event a user is attacked. We believe that carbon neutral is the bare minimum. Beyond accurately calculating and offsetting our travel operations, we’re heavily involved in climate action. As a certified partner of the United Nations in Sustainable Tourism, we’re working to have the lowest emission tours on the market, we’re making our way into UK climate politics, and you can read more about our climate action programme and goals here.
