What’s Excluded?

  • International flights. You will want to book a flight that arrives into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) for the start of the trip, and a flight that departs from Tocumen International Airport Panama (PTY) at the end of the trip.
  • Your personal travel insurance.
  • Transfer between tour locations (Costa Rica to Panama) are not included and must be booked separately. You should book these for the same day each tour ends/starts (i.e. from Costa Rica to Panama 14th February 2026). If you need any assistance, please get in touch and the team will be happy to help!
  • Some meals. Meals start as affordably as £4 per plate for some local dishes.
  • Optional activities. Our itinerary is pretty jam-packed with included activities, however should you choose to do more in your free time, this is at your own expense.
