We’ve combined travelling with a culturally immersive, enriching opportunity to teach English as well as other subjects you are passionate about in order to assist with education in the stunning setting of Cape Town.
Although huge steps have been made by the post-apartheid regime to implement a fully inclusive and comprehensive education system for all, in reality, the quality of education received is largely dependent on location and family wealth. As a volunteer, you will play an important role in developing local children’s English proficiency, which in turn accelerates their future prospects.
Supported by a tour leader and extensive local guides, as well as a wealth of pre-departure support to ensure your impact as a volunteer in South Africa is maximised, this Plotpackers trip is one for the books!
