I loved every moment of this group trip. I had never travelled outside of Europe before so going to Vietnam was very scary especially with no one I knew. But the whole group was amazing, our tour guide Bin made the experience so so easy and brought in a lot of fun as well, couldn’t have done it without him. I am very grateful for our group leader Flo too who looked after us amazingly. I would definitely choose a plotpackers trip again, it was very well organised and the itinerary was full of amazing experiences that I’ll remember forever.

My trip to Everest Base Camp with Plotpackers has been one of the best things I have ever done. The trip was so well organised and I felt supported by the company at all times. I felt consistently safe and the communication prior and during the trip was great. Louise and the rest of the Plotpackers team that were present on the trip were all extremely lovely people. You must be 18 by the first day of your trip with us. We have no upper age limit – our tours typically have a range of travellers aged 18-25 in attendance – but we welcome likeminded travellers both young and old to join us on the trip of a lifetime!
Group sizes can vary widely but typically the full capacity for a group ranges from 18 – 20!
Yes! A group chat will be made, by your dedicated Plotpackers guide, after all final balances have been collected – look out for this around 30 days before departure!
If adverse weather conditions prevent any excursion from taking place, we shall use our best endeavours to either rearrange the event on a mutually convenient date, provide you / your group with an alternative event, or provide a voucher to you at the value of the activity to use on any future Plotpackers booking. In dangerously extreme weather conditions that result in cancellation of the tour itself (which would only ever be done with your safety in mind), a refund will be provided to you at the full cost of the cancelled elements.
